A fully matured ewe's milk cheese from the famous cheese making area of La Mancha. Matured for a minimum of 6 months, it is fruity with caramel and nutty flavours. It is part of the Rowcliffe exclusive Clemency Hall range. The range has artisanal cheeses, hand selected and expertly hand cut.
